Shipping and delivery
Our shipping times can vary between 4-15 business days for the US and 9-18 days outside the US. It depends on how many orders there are for a particular item and which location you are ordering from.
Shipping process
On average, we take between 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, particularly during holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order contains popular items that experience stock availability issues.
Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes (including the address). We only ship to the address you provided at checkout.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to different manufacturing partner locations.
